Ever since her childhood, she had interest in career she is pursuing right now.
She had been participating in dance and drama classes, from the age of six. She even starred in many of her high school productions.
This childhood star was born in Portland, Oregon and grew up in St. Helens, Oregon. She graduated from Sunset High School in Beaverton in 1998. She started her acting career with Fifteen and Mother, where she played the role of teenage mother. Sackhoff got her first recurring role as ‘Annie’ in MTV Undressed, next gaining a supporting role as Nell Bickford in The Education of Max Bickford.
Sackhoff’s most notable role till date has been her role in Battlesatr Galactica as Kara “Starbuck” Thrace, for which she also won Saturn Award in 2005 for Best Actress on Television. She has also worked in television series like Bionic Woman, and played lead
in movies like The Last Sentinel and White Noise 2: The Light and How I Married My High School Crush.
In her spare time, Katee says that she enjoys watching movies, hanging out with friends, working out, and playing pool, among other things. Her future goals include being successful and respected at both singing and acting. During her free time she spends time with her family and friends in New York
